The five men were identified by British authorities as: Alejandro Ambriz Dimas, 45, from Michoacan in southern Mexico; Victora Ramirez, 47, Fausto Beltran, 33, Lioncio Moso Borja, 37, and Jose Nunez Angolo, 44, all from Culiacan, Sinaloa.
Large scale methamphetamine production is rare in the United Kingdom. Home Office wastewater analysis estimates that methamphetamine consumption in England rose 61% 2021 and 2025.
