“Sol Prendido” for Borderland Beat
It appears that César Gastélum, an alleged Chapiza supporter, wasn’t as concerned about his safety as he should’ve been during the recording of a live transmission. One of the men who accompanies him expresses his concern about the two males who suddenly drove by them on a motorcycle.
His intuition tells him that something is off about the encounter. Gastélum doesn’t miss a beat in trying to downplay the significance of what just happened. Going forward with the interview is more important.
Unbeknownst to them, the men on the bike are assassins from the Mayiza mob. And that first interaction was nothing more than a confirmation that had to be made between the duo before firing the weapon.
